You, the Customer shall inspect the goods within 10 days of receipt.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
You, the Customer shall notify Snap Beauty in writing or by email if the goods received are faulty or misdescribed and shall be entitled to a full refund, to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some of their money back.
Snap Beauty will provide a full refund for any item that is faulty or misdescribed providing you return the item to us in its original, unopened condition.
Returns postage is not covered by us.
- Please package up the unwanted item(s) in the original condition with labels still attached.
- Fill out the returns form and send the item(s) and form back to us. Please make sure all sections have been filled out on the form as without these details we may not be able to process your refund, should a refund be applicable.
- Please label your parcel with the address noted on the returns form and post back to us. We recommend using a tracked service and keep the proof of posting until you receive your refund.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and the original postage cost will not be refunded.
We will consider the overall condition of the product returned prior to making a refund and any relevant product packaging should be present as well as the item being in a re-saleable condition.
Please be advised all refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.
